On August 27-28, the first training session for Suzhou Construction Robot Navigator, organized and implemented by the Intelligent Construction Branch of Suzhou Construction Industry Association, officially began. It is the first batch of certified training based on the provincial robot navigator standard, marking a crucial step for Suzhou in the field of intelligent construction talent cultivation.

According to the "Notice on Carrying out the First Batch of Construction Robot Information Collection Work" (Su Intelligent Construction Office [2025] No. 2) and the "Professional Skills Standards for Construction Robot Navigator" jointly issued by Jiangsu Construction Industry Association and Jiangsu Construction Education Association (T/JSACE01-2025), this training will launch a "Theory+Practice" dual track teaching module, covering core skills such as intelligent construction robot operation technology, construction site safety management norms, equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance. Students who pass the assessment will receive a training qualification certificate jointly issued by the Jiangsu Construction Education Association and the Intelligent Construction Branch of the Suzhou Construction Industry Association. This certificate will be included in the management of the "Su Intelligent Construction" platform and serve as the only basis for on-site operations in intelligent construction, effectively playing the supporting role of talent cultivation in industrial upgrading.

The first training session will be held, showcasing the industry characteristics of "efficiency, precision, and pragmatism" in the field of intelligent construction through speeches from leaders, policy promotion, and textbook awarding.

Huang Tongyu, the president of the Intelligent Construction Branch, emphasized that "this training is not only about imparting technology, but also an important milestone in the implementation of the 'construction robot+industrial worker' model in Jiangsu Province!" Hua Hua, the director of the Municipal Construction Vocational Training Center, made specific arrangements for the training content, course arrangement, and precautions, emphasizing the need to ensure the effectiveness of talent cultivation with "strict standards and high quality".

Under the witness of the entire audience, the branch president and the director of the training center jointly distributed the "Training Textbook for Concrete Floor Process Robots" and "Training Textbook for Wall and Decoration Process Robots" to the training team. Two textbooks that gather the wisdom of industry experts not only provide students with a systematic knowledge framework, but also become a "treasure trove" for intelligent construction practice, injecting knowledge momentum into industrial transformation and upgrading.

The first batch of trainees are technical backbones from relevant enterprises in the field of intelligent construction in Suzhou. Through the intelligent construction knowledge update and robot practical training of the system, they will become the "core engine" of Suzhou's intelligent construction site construction, playing a demonstrative and leading role in promoting the digital transformation of enterprises and improving the level of industry intelligence.
