Successful application of the Golden Crown plastering robot

On October 17th, the plastering robot independently developed by Golden Crown Intelligent Technology officially entered the construction site of Changshu Xingqiao Neighborhood Center project and achieved successful application.

Traditional building plastering operations heavily rely on manual labor, which poses industry pain points such as high labor intensity, difficulty in recruitment, unstable efficiency, and significant impact of worker skills on construction quality. The Dual Revolution of Efficiency and Cost

During the secondary structural construction of the Xingqiao Neighborhood Center project, the project introduced the independently developed plastering robot by Golden Crown Intelligent Technology for indoor wall plastering construction. This robot meets the requirements of high plastering flatness and extremely low hollowing rate, far lower than manual construction. At the same time, it adopts non punching technology, saving a lot of labor costs.

In the first application of the project, the Golden Crown Intelligent Technology plastering robot delivered an impressive "data answer sheet". According to on-site calculations, the equipment alone can complete wall plastering operations of over 40 square meters per hour. Calculated based on an 8-hour work schedule, the daily construction area reaches 320 square meters, which is more than 6 times more efficient than traditional manual labor. What is more noteworthy is that the traditional plastering process requires 3-5 people to work together, while this robot only requires one operator to remotely monitor, directly reducing labor input by 80%.

The central town area of Guli Town is the first stop for the integrated development of Guli Town and Changshu urban area. It is an important carrier space for achieving urban integrated development and industrial upgrading, and an important area for showcasing the characteristics of Guli Town. The planning area takes administrative offices, business services, and cultural tourism as the main functions, forming a comprehensive urban function with complete supporting facilities.

The project is located in the core area at the southwest corner of Guli Town, starting from Mount Huangshan Road in the west and ending at Yuantong Road in the south. The land is bounded by the red line of the plot to the west, with a length of about 110 meters from east to west and a width of about 60 meters (about 10 acres) from north to south, covering an area of 6666.7 square meters. The location of the plot is superior, with abundant environmental resources. 1.2 kilometers to the west is the elevated Third Ring Expressway, which provides convenient transportation. The large material market on the west side is complete, and the Xinqiao Development Zone is located on the east and south sides.
